to u our full requirement for electric generation ervice (meaured in kilowatt
hour) at the price and on the term and condition peci៯�ed in thi agreement and the
Contract Dicloure tatement (together, the “uppl Contract”) throughout the term of
thi uppl Contract. The purchae and ale of energ hereunder hall commence at
00:00:01 T on the ៯�rt da that lectricit Maine provide phical deliver to our
facilitie and hall end at 24:00:00 T on the lat da of the term.
2. Price tructure. For greater clarit, all rate hown on our weite and promotional
material have een rounded to the nearet hundredth of a cent. You will e illed at
the ៯�xed rate in cent per kilowatt hour et forth in the price tructure et forth on our
Contract Dicloure tatement for our actual conumption of electricit. The Price
tructure doe not include an applicale taxe. In addition, ou are reponile for
paing our local utilit ditriution and tranmiion charge and an other applicale
charge impoed  our local utilit or allowed  thi uppl Contract. Chooing
lectricit Maine a our electricit upplier doe not guarantee aving when compared
to other Competitive lectricit Provider or the current tandard O៛�er.
3. Duration and Kind of Contract; Automatic Renewal. Thi uppl Contract i a
contract for our uppl of electric generation ervice. The term of thi uppl Contract
i et forth in our Contract Dicloure tatement. The email addre that ou provided
u at the time of enrollment will e the primar method of contacting ou for notice,
renewal and dicloure information aout our account. For new cutomer, ervice
hall commence on the next meter read date after the Utilit procee our enrollment
with lectricit Maine. ervice commencement lead-time ma var depending on utilit
enrollment requirement, our peci៯�c meter- reading chedule, time-of-ear pricing,
and market condition. For renewal cutomer, ervice hall continue uninterrupted.

Contract, lectricit Maine will end two (2) written renewal notice (the “Renewal
Notice”) to our email of record. ach Renewal Notice will notif ou of the exitence and
operation of thi automatic renewal proviion and either (i) a Contract Renewal Notice
that et forth the term of the uppl Contract e៛�ective upon the automatic renewal,
including an change in the term, the ៯�xed rate electricit price that will appl to the
renewal period, and the renewal term length, which hall not exceed 18 month or the
length of the currentl exiting contract term, whichever i longer or (ii) a Holdover
Notice that et forth a Holdover Term during which the term and rate of the uppl
Contract will continue until uch time a a Contract Renewal Notice iue, during which
Holdover Term ou ma cancel the uppl Contract without pament of an “Cot
Recover Fee.” You will have ten (10) da after ou receive the Contract Renewal Notice
to decline the automatic renewal and terminate the uppl Contract e៛�ective at the end
of the then-current term. If ou do not notif lectricit Maine within ten (10) da after
ou receive the Contract Renewal Notice that ou decline the automatic renewal, then
the uppl Contract hall renew upon the term et forth in the Renewal Notice and the
automatic renewal period hall continue through the term tated therein.
4. Termination Proviion. lectricit Maine ma terminate thi uppl Contract in the
event of our default a et forth in ection 5. lectricit Maine ma terminate thi
uppl Contract in it ole dicretion for an other reaon upon not le than thirt (30)
da written notice to ou, with uch termination to e e៛�ective at the end of the
current uppl Contract or Holdover Term decried in ection 3. You ma terminate
thi uppl Contract  written notice to lectricit Maine delivered no later than ten (10)
da after ou receive the Contract Renewal Notice, with uch termination to e
e៛�ective at the end of the current uppl Contract. If ou terminate the uppl Contract
prior to the end of the term in e៛�ect, ou ma e uject to a “Cot Recover Fee”
outlined in ection 9, which fee will not appl if ou terminate during the Holdover Term.
Upon termination, ervice will e dicontinued on the next utilit meter read date for
our account that i at leat thirt (30) da after the notice of termination.
5. Pament of ill. The cot of our electric generation ervice will e included on our
ill from the Utilit, and i due and paale when our Utilit ill i due and paale. You
agree to accept the meaurement a determined  the Utilit for purpoe of
accounting for the electric power upplied under thi uppl Contract. You will e illed
additional charge, including charge to tranmit and ditriute the electricit to ou,
from the Utilit conitent with it ៯�led tari៛�. lectricit Maine reerve the right to

alance not paid in full  the due date are uject to the Utilit’ late pament policie
and procedure, including aement  the Utilit of late pament fee and interet.

UPPLY CONTRACT, LCTRICITY MAIN HA TH RIGHT TO CANCL THI UPPLY
CONTRACT, AT WHICH TIM YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY  TRANFRRD TO TH
UTILITY’ TANDARD OFFR RAT PLAN. You will remain reponile for alance owed
to lectricit Maine for generation ervice and lectricit Maine’ actual out-of-pocket
expene incurred in enforcing it right under thi uppl Contract, including
reaonale attorne fee and actual court cot. If at an time ou enter into a pament
plan with the Utilit while ou have an outtanding alance owed to lectricit Maine,
ou mut notif lectricit Maine within ៯�fteen (15) da of entering into uch a plan.
Outtanding alance owed to lectricit Maine ma not e accounted for  the Utilit
pament plan, ma appear a a eparate alance on our ill, and will remain our
reponiilit. You agree to allow the utilit to hare our pament information for the
purpoe of conolidated illing.
6. Credit Reporting. When ou ៯�rt appl for ervice and during the term of the uppl
Contract with lectricit Maine, lectricit Maine ma contact a credit reporting agenc
to otain utilit credit hitor and credit core. Once enrolled, lectricit Maine reerve
the right to report our pament hitor to a credit reporting agenc.
7. Cutomer Depoit. lectricit Maine doe not require a cutomer depoit to enroll.
8. Warrant Diclaimer; Damage; Force Majeure.

caue and event outide of lectricit Maine’ control (Force Majeure event) ma

interruption. lectricit Maine doe not generate electricit nor doe it tranmit or
ditriute electricit. Therefore, Cutomer agree that lectricit Maine hall not e
liale for damage caued  electricit or Force Majeure event, including act of God,
act of an governmental authorit, act of terrorit or enemie of the tate, accident,
trike or lock out, laor troule, required maintenance work, inailit to acce the
Utilit’ tem, non-performance  the Utilit, or an caue eond lectricit Maine’
control.
9. Charge, Fee and Penaltie. You will e charged for electric generation ervice
upplied at the contract rate. xcept a provided in thi uppl Contract, no additional
fee will e aeed to ou  lectricit Maine unle ou chooe to cancel thi uppl
Contract prior to it renewal date. You undertand and agree that in order for lectricit
Maine to o៛�er and ful៯�ll it ៯�xed rate oligation to ou, it ha to purchae electric power
in advance of uage in amount needed to cover the full term of thi uppl Contract. If
ou cancel thi uppl Contract earl, ou will e reponile for paing a “Cot Recover
Fee” of $100.00. lectricit Maine reerve the right to charge interet on an
outtanding alance more than thirt (30) da overdue at the Utilit’ maximum
allowed default interet rate. You are reponile for ettlement of an alance for
generation ervice, late pament or interet charge owed to our Utilit a per ection
4 of thi agreement. In the event there i a change (including a change in interpretation)
in law, regulation, rule, ordinance, order, directive, ៯�led tari៛�, deciion, writ, judgment or
decree  a governmental authorit (including the Maine PUC or IO-N), including,
without limitation, change in Utilit tari៛� and IO-N rule, including thoe change
a៛�ecting fee, cot, or charge impoed  IO-N or the Maine PUC, change in
market rule, change in load pro៯�le or change in nodal and zonal de៯�nition, and
uch change reult in lectricit Maine incurring additional cot and expene in

11. Dicloure of Rik and Cot Aociated With Real-Time or Indexed lectricit
Product. Maine regulation require that electricit upplier, roker and aggregator
provide the following dicloure to cutomer regarding electricit product in which the
price paid  conumer var with change in wholeale electricit price, other energ
price, or an energ price index.

economic condition, fuel price, eaonal electricit demand, generator outage,
weather and other factor.

12. Right to Recind. YOU HAV A RIGHT TO RCIND THI CONTRACT FOR LCTRICITY
UPPLY WITHOUT PNALTY WITHIN FIV (5) CALNDAR DAY FROM RCIPT OF THI
UPPLY CONTRACT, OR WITHIN IGHT (8) CALNDAR DAY IF THI UPPLY CONTRACT I
MAILD TO YOU. IN ORDR TO XRCI YOUR RIGHT TO RCIND THI CONTRACT,

15. Change in Term of ervice. In the event of an change in thee Term of ervice
during the term of thi uppl Contract, lectricit Maine will notif ou in writing 

hereunder, without prior written conent from lectricit Maine. Nothing in thi contract

entit other than lectricit Maine and ou.
