the 58th Presidential Inaugural Parade.  This Inaugural Parade will celebrate We the People:  Our 
American Journey. 
 
We had a record number of applicants, so your selection is a testament to your organization’s talent 
and enthusiasm.  Your participation will help make this Inauguration truly historic. 
 
Enclosed you will find the Parade Participation Agreement and Information Guide from the Joint 
Task Force‐National Capital Region that must be filled out and returned electronically immediately.  
Please pay careful attention to return dates, especially for Secret Service credentialing.  Please email 
your complete forms to parade@58PIC2017.org.  
 
ALL SECRET SERVICE INFORMATION MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PROPER OFFICE BY DECEMBER 
30, 2016.  COMPLETION OF THE CREDENTIALING PROCESS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PARADE 
PARTICIPANTS.
