Release of such information in not permitted under 5 USC 552 (W1) Other information was exempted from disclosure by Statute. namely 10 USC 1301:, which authorizes protection of the names and their rank, duty addresses and official titles of personnel in overseas, sensitive or routinely deployahle units. Thus, this information could not be released under 5 U.S.C. Other exempted information is considered priviledge as pre-decisional under the deliberative process; under the attorney work product privilege; or under the attorney client privilege, consequently this information is exempted from disclosure under 5 U.S.C. Finally, release of certain information would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of individuals and is accordingly not released under 5 U.S.C.
