List of members of Institutional Advisory Council (IAC) and affiliation since 2000 4. Institutional Advisory Council meeting minutes since 2000 5. Rules or guidelines governing Maine Municipal Bond Bank’s competitive procurement practices 6. Meeting notes, scoring matrices, IAC vote tallies or any other documents describing the process by which Maine Power Options selected the winning bidder (supplier) for its electricity program during RFP processes conducted between 2000-2016. 7. Current Program Agreement with Constellation 8. List of current electricity program members (not to be published, but used as reference for establishing contact/interviews) 9. Budget information for MPO program from 2014 to the present 10. Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) currently in use by MPO 11. Appendices E,F & G of current RFP 12. All correspondence (email, attachments, interoffice memoranda, etc.) between Chase Martin or Patrick Woodcock and MPO staff between January 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014. If any of the aforementioned information is confidential or otherwise not subject to public inspection under the FOAA, we ask that you please reference specific exemptions of the act in your reply.
