That on or about July 2, 2016, in Daviess County, Kentucky, theiabove?named
defendant, Billy J. Miles, committed the offense of Rape in the First Degree when he
engaged in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion.

 

 

 



SODOMY IN THE FIRST DEGREE
KRS 510.070

That on or about July 2, 2016, in Daviess County, Kentucky, the above-named
defendant, Billy J. Miles, committed the offense of Sodomy in the First Degree when he
engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion.

BRIEING A WITNESS


That on or about July 2, 2016, in Daviess County, Kentucky, the above?named
defendant, Billy J. Miles, committed the offense of Bribing a Witness, when he offered,
conferred or agreed to confer a pecuniary bene?t upon a person he believed might be
