NNSA: who might be key influencers of Sec Chu and who are friends and who be opponents to our strategy He IS
pleased to help?short term and during the year-~and we are planning to meet w/ him late April or early May My budget
does not provide sufficient funds for working w/ either Heather or (DXG) has a few consulting agreements w/ Sandia but
they are specific and one would have to modi?ed to add this scope for him
