It explicitly identi?es duplicative programs and other potential cost savings. As I reviewed the report, i encountered a section that might apply to our processes and the Contract called 'Adherenoe to Guidance on Awarding Fee Contracts? that explicitly mentions a problem with implementation one example. The specific contract is not identified. The discussion is on pages 219-221. I don?t know if this information is immediately important, but wanted you to be aware.
