1. Again, your assertion that you did not agree to the Terms Of Service in
2013 is factually incorrect. We can establish that you agreed to the terms
when placing your order.

2. We own the authority to enforce your original contract with TMG.

 

3. We will continue to escalate our efforts to enforce ALL aspects of the
TOS until you comply with the original agreement.

We have had 17 negative reviews in 5 years, that equates to 3.5 unsatisfied
customers a year most of which are just like yours and are nothing more
than a digital temper tantrum.
