THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF ROCKLAND, by this indictment, accuses
the defendant of the crime of GRAND LARCENY IN THE SECOND DEGREE, A CRIME OF
PUBLIC CORRUPTION, (Sec. cemmitted as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about and

between the 28th Day of October 2014 and the 231rd Day of March, 2016, being a public servant

and through the use of his public of?ce, stole property valued in excess of ?fty thousand dollars I

from the Town of Ramapo and the Town of Ramapo was the. owner of said property.

SECOND COUNT:

AND THE GRAND URY. AFORESAID, by this indictment, accuses the defendant of 

theorime of GRAND LARCENY IN THE SECOND DEGREE (Sec. 155400)), committed as
follows: I

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about and -
between the 15th Day of July, 2015 and the ls.t Day of February, 2015, stole property valued in

excess of ?fty thousand dollars from Moleston Fire District.

 

 

 

 

THIRD COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of TAMPERING WITH PUBLIC RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE
(Sec. 175.25 Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about and 
between the 1St Day of Janan 2015 and the 26th Day of February,2015, knowing that he did not
have the authority of anyone entitled to grant it, and with intent to defraud, knowingly removed,
mutilated, destroyed, concealed, made a false entry in and falsely altered any record and other
written instrument filed with, deposited in, and otherwise constituting a record of a public office
and public servant, to wit, Town of Ramapo Building Permit 15?0007.

FOURTH COUNT: I

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, accuses the defendant of
the crime of FALSIFYIN BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec. 175.10
Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about and
between the 1St Day of January 2015 and the 26th Day of February, 2015 with intent to defraud
and commit another crime and'to aid and conceal the commission thereof, made or Caused to be
made a false entry in the business records of the Town of Ramapo by entering a false value of
construction on Town of Ramapo Building Permit 15-0007.

FIFTH COUNT: 

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the

defendant of the crime of ISSUING A FALSE CERTIFICATE (Sec. 175.40 Penal Law),

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, onor about the 26th
day of February, 2015, being a public servant authorized by law to make and issue of?cial
certi?cates and other of?cial written instruments, and with intent to defraud, deceive and injure
another person, issued such an instrument, and made the same with the "intent that it be issued,
knowing that it contained a false statement and false information. I

AND THE GRAND JURY AF ORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT (sec. 195.00 (1) Penal Law), committed

The defendant, a public servant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on
or about and between the 1St Day of January 2015 and the 26th Day of February, 2015, with intent
to obtain a bene?t and deprive another person of a bene?t, committed an act relating to his of?ce
but constituting an unauthorized exercise of his of?cial functions, knowing that such act was
unauthorized.

SEVENTH COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, accuses the defendant of
the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec. 175.10
Penal Law), committed as follows: I

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about and
between the 1St Day of January 2015 and the 26th Day of February, 2015 with intent to defraud
and commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, made or caused to be
made a false entry in the business records of the Town of Ramapo by entering a false value of

construction on Town of Ramapo Building Permit Application 15-0007.

 

 

 

 

 

EIGHTH COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY by thisindictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of TAMPERING WITH PUBLIC RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE
(Sec. 175 .25 Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about and
between the 11th Day of February 2015 and the 14th Day of February, 2015, knowing that he did
not have the authority of anyone entitled to grant it, and with intent to defraud, knowingly
removed, mutilated, destroyed, concealed, made a false entry in and falsely altered any record
and other written instrument filed with, deposited in, and otherwise. constituting a record of a
public of?ce and public servant, to wit, Town of Ramapo Building Permit 15-0042. -
NINTH COUNT: I

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, accuses the defendant of
the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec. 175.10 -
Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about and
between the the 11th Day of February 2015 and the 14th Day of February, 2015 with intent to 
defraud and commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, made or
caused to be made a false entry in the business records of the Town of Ramapo by entering a
false value of construction on Town of Ramapo Building Permit 15?0042.

TENTH COUNT:

and commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, made or caused to be

day of March, 2015, being a public servant authorized by law to make and issue of?cial
