Home: (Willie) OCR enforces Title lX of the Education Amendments of [972, 20 U.S.C. l681. and its implementing regulation, 34 C.F.R. Part l06, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex by recipients of Federal ?nancial assistance. Title IX also prohibits retaliation.
