Appreciate your insight and work here. Thank you! Please note that I adjusted the SFY16 GF amounts for Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Child Welfare Transportation as the agreements start 10/1 and the amount listed was for the full 12 months. SFY17 amounts remain the same since the new funding will be in place for the full 12 months. I added comments to the cells that I adjusted. For Child Welfare Transportation, I know the intent of this project is to preserve General Fund by charging the GF lines to TANF Block Grant. For this service, the TANF Block grant can replace the GF lines AND the SSBG lines for another $890,084 for SFY16. Since we ended up shifting $426,204 from GF back to SSBG on the Sexual Assault agreements, do you want the full amount from GF and SSBG on the transportation agreements switched to TANF Block Grant funding? The intent of this document is to keep track of all the moving pieces surrounding the different uses of SSBG, TANF, or the SSBG transfer. I spoke with Sheryl, Todd and Sarah last night and we agreed that this document would live on Sharepoint, that each team member could make appropriate updates, and that this document could serve as a record for what is being planned or has already happened. For when we make contract amendment changes or process journals, you may use this document to record the journal, CT amendment, etc. For now I am tracking the following: 1. Todd Haber please update the SAM HS section 2. Christie update the straight 5586 and 5586 transfer sections as appropriate 3. Shannon C.?Update the TANF Link to this document is below: Craig could you give Sheryl Peavey access please?
