This afternoon, Plaintiff Saido Abdille landed at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and was allowed to enter the United States. She is now classified as a lawful permanent resident of the United States. At approximately 7:00 p.m. EDT, Plaintiff Samaneh Raghimi was allowed to board a KLM flight to Amsterdam, Netherlands, for the first leg of her flight to Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is currently scheduled to arrive in Minneapolis on February 6, 2017, at 12:50 p.m. CDT. Counsel for Plaintiffs suggest that the parties and the Court conduct a conference call tomorrow morning to discuss whether the Court wants to proceed with tomorrow's hearing. By tomorrow morning, Counsel should have more information regarding whether or not Ms. Raghimi has been allowed to board her flight to the United States.
