NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified 13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 80.1 of Title 76, unless there 14 is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: 15 A. As used in this section, "drone" means a powered, aerial 16 vehicle that carries or is equipped with a recording device that 17 does not carry a human operator, uses aerodynamic forces to provide 18 vehicle lift and can fly autonomously or be piloted remotely. 19 drone may be expendable or recoverable. 20 B. This act shall become effective November 1, 2017.
