At defendant Anthony Hayne’s sentencing on November 30, 2012, the Court rejected the
original plea agreement between the government and Anthony Hayne. The Clerk is directed to
file the rejected plea agreement of Anthony Hayne under SEAL, and to maintain the document
under seal until further order of the Court.
