Pursuant to the Court’s authority under Federal Rule of Civil
Procedure 6(b), the Court hereby resets the following deadlines:
(1) Defendants’ deadline for a Reply Concerning their Motion to
Dismiss, ECF No. 19;
(2) the parties’ deadline for the exchange of initial disclosures, L.R.
26.1; Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 26(a)(1);
(3) the parties’ obligation file a joint preliminary report and
discovery plan, L.R. 16.2.
The deadline for each of these documents shall be March 23, 2017.
