As part of our ongoing review to address the internal leadership issues at Swedish Neurosurgery, we are
working closely with regulators as well as the U.S. Attorney’s Office to understand the full extent of the
issues so we can quickly and thoroughly address them – and move forward.
The latest investigation will be conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. As with all regulatory reviews,
we will cooperate fully to ensure that we are living our values and upholding the highest standards.
