MIKAEL NORLING, after being duly sworn deposes and states:

1. I am President of Planet Aid Inc. , working in the Town of Holliston, MA, residing in the

Town of Framingham, MA, Country of the United States of America and I make this Declaration in

6

support of the above-entitled and numbered matter, based on my own personal knowledge. If called

7

as a witness, I could and would competently testify as follows.

intentionally and voluntarily entered into an eleven year obligation to donate money directly from my

10

income to the Foundation for the Support of Humanitarian Purposes, the Promotion of Research and

11

the Protection of the Natural Environment (the "Foundation"). (An example of the "Irrevocable

12

Deed of Gift" is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit "A")

2. I was never threatened, pressured, obligated, or imposed upon in any way by Mogens
Amdi Petersen, or by anyone else, at any time, to donate money to the Foundation.

3. All donations I have made to the Foundation have been made knowingly, freely and

voluntarily for the reason that I believe in the ultimate goals and purposes of the Foundation, which is

17

to further and support humanitarian efforts, to protect and improve the environment and to promote

18

research.

1. On April 8, 1987, I signed an "Irrevocable Deed of Gift", pursuant to which I knowingly,

I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the

above is true and correct, except as to those matters stated to be upon information and belief and as
