To: Electroimpact Employees 
Over the last eleven months, EI has been communicating with the Washington State Attorney General’s Office 
regarding allegations in an article published in the Seattle Times.  During this time, a number of changes have 
taken place at EI:  




Email forums unrelated to work activities have been eliminated; 
Human Capital Management software has been implemented for hiring by HR professionals, 
strengthening our outreach to diverse candidates; and  
Procedures for handling internal and external complaints have been updated to improve the workplace 
environment and strengthen communication between management, employees, and the community at 
large.   

In the near future, additional training will be provided to interviewers, supervisors, and managers to ensure that 
EI continues to be a welcoming and inclusive place for all.   
What hasn’t changed is our commitment to providing world‐class aerospace assembly systems and being a great
