Quick start instructions: Exploring cells in 3D








In your browser, type in the URL: http://allencell.org.
Click “Tools & Data”, then select 3D Cell Viewer.
To view a cell, simply click one of the thumbnail images.
When the page loads, you will be presented with a spinning 3D image of a
cell. To view the 3D computer rendering of the cell, click the word “Segs”
(segmentations) on the right side of the page. This will allow you to see
individual structures inside the cell.
Click and drag on the cell image to manually rotate it.
Use the vertical bar on the left to (slowly) zoon in and out.
