ORDER
This matter came on for a bond revocation hearing on April 4, 2017, during
which the defendant advised that he did not contest the facts alleged in the Petition
for Action on Conditions of Release (Doc. 536). The Defendant requested that he be
allowed to remain on conditions of release pending sentencing because of the
condition of his knee, to which the Government objected.
Upon due consideration of the evidence and the arguments of counsel, the
Court finds that there is clear and convincing evidence that the Defendant has
violated the conditions of release, that there are no set of conditions that will
reasonably assure the appearance of the Defendant as required, and that the
exceptional circumstance is not great enough to allow him to remain on conditions
of release. Therefore, the Amended Order Setting Conditions of Release (Doc. 153)
is hereby REVOKED and pursuant to the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 3143, the
Defendant is REMANDED to the custody of the United States Marshal pending his
sentencing hearing.

The United States Marshal is ORDERED to produce the Defendant for
sentencing hearing that is currently set for May 25, 2017, at 1:00 p.m., to be held in
Courtroom 2B, United States Courthouse, Mobile, Alabama.
