Upon arrival at the Alan Jones Aquatic Center, I and Mr. Trembley were met by AAD Tyler Johnson. Mr. Johnson was there to retrieve Mr. Trembley's UT keys, ID card, etc. Durlng this time slated to Mr. Johnson and I tl1at his UT owned computer was not in his offlce and had either been removed by tl1e University or stolen. I advised Mr. Johnson to check with athletics to see if tl1ey had removed the computer and that if tl1e computer had not been removed by the University a pollce report should be filed. Mr. Johnson and Mr. Trembley agreed that Mr. Trembley could retum at 1200 and retrieve hte personal belongings. Mr. Johnson stated that he had been given the computer by Trembley, but that Trembley had offered no explanation regarding the computers sudden reappearance. - I tl1en brought the computer back to the UT Pollce Department where I accessed Mr, 'l?rembley's emall account and ran the Presearch 8 image program on the computer. The Image program retrieved severe! images of a sexually explicit nature. Tho images were of both males and females end all persons ln the Images were adults. A check of tl1e emall showed several emails sent from Mr. Trembley's UT emall account to personal ads. He also advised that they would not the records them today because they would need to get approval from the Board members before that could be done. I advised that we would llke to meet with them today even if tl1ey couldn't get the approval for the records. Glammarlno asked lf Mr. Tremblay had any access to the Issuance of funds and Ms. Banner anarvered that he not; she was the only one who could Issue checks for the account. She further explained that most of the coaching staff were on staff there as well and did request reimbursements for expenses incurred through their affiliation with Tennessee Aquatic lnc., such as travel expenses or emergency purchases such as damaged equlpment.
