The on-duty employee will enter that information into the Intranet so that a permit number can be obtained. If the requesting employee's division is closed, the employee may contact any other division to obtain a permit number. In the event the Intranet system is down, the requesting employee will complete a hard copy of the extra employment application prior to working the extra employment and fax the form to EEO.
