The complaining wrtness says that on the date and at the location described above, the defendant. contrary to law,

COUNT 1
CRIMINAL ENTERPRISES - CONDUCTING
being a person employed by or associated with an enterprise, to wit: ILLEGAL POSSESSION AND RESALE
OF STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLES, did knowingly conductor participate in the affairs of the enterprise directly or
indirectly through a pattern of racketeering activity. consisting of two or more of the following incidents of
racketeering, to wit:
on or about 01/10/04, in GRAND RAPIDS, Ml, defendant did commit the following offense for financial gain,
to wit: STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE (MCL 750.5357] - 2003 GMC 
and on or about 03/31/04, In GRAND RAPIDS. Ml, defendant did commit the following offense for financial
gain, to wit: STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE (MCL 750.5357] 2002 BMW 745i,
and on or about 03/31/04, in GRAND RAPIDS. MI, defendant did commit the following offense for financiaI
gain, to wtf: STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE (MCL 750.5357] - 2003 BMW 24,
and on or about 03/31/04, in GRAND RAPIDS, MI, defendant did commit the following offense for financial
gain, to wit: STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE (MCL 750.5357] - 2003 HUMMER H2.
and on or about 04/19/05, in GRANDVILLE, MI, defendant did commit the following offense for financial gain,
to wit: STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE (MCL 750.5357] - 2004 CADILLAC ESCALADE,
and on or about 05/13/05, in GRAND RAPIDS, MI, defendant did commit the following offense for financial
gain, to wit: STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE (MCL 750.5357] - 2005 CADILLAC ESCALADE,
and on or about 05/31/05, in GRAND RAPIDS, MI. defendant did commit the following offense for financial
gain, to wit: STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE (MCL 750.5357] - 2004 GMC YUKON DENALI,

which had the same or a substantially similar purpose, and which amount to or pose a threat of continued
criminal activity; contrary to MCL [750.159l1]
