On April 24th 2017, the Buchanan County Sheriff?s Of?ce responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 1000 block of Slater Avenue. After investigating
the incident, it was determined that Christopher Douglas Soules was involved in the motor vehicle collision which resulted in 3
