We reiterated the seriousness of the situation and our concern for his well-being, the well-being of the other cadet, and the safety of everyone on campus. COL Moore told Cadet that at this time disciplinary action will not take place but if the victim changes his mind or there are any future acts, they will be dealt with appropriately and within college regulations, as this situation has been. The cadet was directed to write a statement regarding his part in the incident and has been told that his statement will be placed with my statement of victim?s account in a locked ?le. He turned in that statement to me this morning. Finally, the cadet was reminded that he holds and will hold a very in?uential position in the and that he must uphold himself to the highest standards of moral and ethical behavior.- He thanked us both for our time and the opportunity to prove himself. Please let me know if you have any questions. VR, Janet
