As we just discussed, Lt. Gen. Rosa, USAF President of The Citadel, requests that SLED take the
lead in this investigation. To that end, i understand you have all of the witness reports collected by
CAPT Hilliard, as well as the investigation reports generated by CAPT Hilliard, with the exceptiOn of the

two documents I am att ching hereto. These are supplemental statements procured by CAPT Hilliard

i understand you have already forwarded the remaining information to your supervisor in Columbia, and
are awaiting direction from that office. I trust this request assists in that of?ce?s analysis of this
information. in the meantime, The Citadel stands ready to assist you in any way SLED deems necessary.

Also as we discussed, yesterday, Andy Savage, Esq., sent a request to CAPT Hilliard, on behalf of Mr.
Munoz. That request noted that Mr. Munoz has received a No Trespass order from The Citadel. Thus,
Mr. Savage asked for documentation in support of that request. The Citadel?s intention is that contact
Mr. Savage, and provide him with copies of CAPT Hilliard?s investigation reports, but refer him to SLED
far any additional information.
