In February of knob year, I was invited to go with the republican society, to D.C. For Cpac. I was not able
to make the rules and regulations meeting so i was instructed, by Steven Munoz to report to his room
the night before i left. When I got to his room, looked the door and grabbed my face, and leaned is
crotch into my leg. was sitting on the bed, and I leaned back as if to hit him. he stepped and sat down
and asked if that made me feel uncomfortable. I said yes. He then tried to tell me that it was okay, when
his mentees reported. They came over to me and put their heads on his shoulders and he kissed their

heads. I left shOrtly after

At Cpac, he had set up the rooms, and -and my room was conjoining. He came in that day, and
jumped on my back while i was laying there. i rolled over and said don?t know what to do, I can?t
punch a senor in the face? He got up and said "i don?t know what the big deal was, I would wrestle with

my seniors? and left.

The next day, group of us went out and got beer. We brought it back to hotel, using a dolly. I had a half
beer, before deciding to go to bed. Got up went to call a my girlfriend, and he asked why I had a dolly up
their earlier. said we brought something Up? and continued to dial the number, he said, no what did 
use it for I said please don?t make me tell you. This repeated several times, till I told him. he then
pulled us all 0 i he room and said he was going to pull us for Alcohoi violations, and me for a W.
Then he and?pulled me into a room and talked to me about what happened till around 1 or 2.
Then I left he followed me down the hall and tried to hug me, i said no I want to be left alone. Went to
my room, next day. He informed us he wouldn't be pulling us. Then he came into out room threw the
Connecting door. I was groggy, hejumped on me, i felt jerking and bouncing on my back, I threw my
elbow up which threw him off the bed to the ?oor. And said ?Fuck and I rolled back over their was

a pillow next to me and I went back to sleep.

For the rest ofthe trip he would not make contact and avoid. Me almost altogether
