Christmas Furlough in his room during Evening Study Period (ESP). During the meetings, Mr. Munoz
emphasized the role he could have in helping us achieve such leadership roles as a result of his positions
within the Corps and the experience he had. The grOUp of cadets interested in the positions dwindled
after Winter Furlough and Mr. Munoz began meeting individually with the few remaining cadets. Again,
these meetings were conducted during however, there were only two or three individuals who

asked the same question, and Mr. Munoz became upset with us saying ?we were being disrespectful by
thinking Our time with him was not important enough.? Ar0und the end of March, Mr. Munoz began
dismissing the other cadets and meeting with me one-on-one. He instructed me to sit on his bed during

other hand down my underwear until i again pushed him away, but he did not stop. He said as a new
leader i had to learn to trust other leaders on the team and this was how i should show him i trusted
him. He asked why I was uncomfortable and i said because it was gay to which he replied it wasn?t gay
because we were both Christians and did not believe in that behavior and that we were brothers
developing a relationship we needed of trust. disagreed to which Mr. Munoz became agree and
questioned ifl thought. i was more spiritual than he. He said he read the Bible and knew what it said and
I should not question his love of God. He continued private area. He made a
few sexual comments about me before removing his hands. He said this needed to stay between us and
dismissed me. i did not report back to his room anymore during the rest of the school year because I
was recognized soon after this occasion and was no longer considered a knob.
