8 BETA THETA PI FRATERNITY BROTHERS TO
BE ARRAIGNED ON TUESDAY, MAY 9TH
Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller announces that 8
additional Beta Theta Pi fraternity brothers are scheduled to be arraigned
on Tuesday, May 9th at 2:30 p.m. in Courtroom 1 of the Centre County
Courthouse. These individuals face criminal charges pursuant to the Grand
Jury’s recommendation as outlined in the presentment released on Friday,
May 5, 2017 regarding the death of Timothy J. Piazza.
The following defendants are scheduled to surrender to law
enforcement and be preliminarily arraigned before the Court of Common
Pleas at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in Courtroom 1:
