Adolphsen, Nick Subject: RE: Request for Conference Call r? Following are my responses to your question: ?93 1. Do not complete FOAA requests that were in progress but, if possible, please send Denise a list of the FOAAs that were in progress indicating their current status. 2. If the request is a standard business question and the request did not otherwise reference FOAA then it is not necessary to treat the request as FOAA and it does not need to be reviewed by the Commissioner?s Office but such requests should, as with any other public communication, be reviewed by an appropriate program director. 3. Seatholders will not be copied on 5-day letters, estimates, or final responses. I?m not certain that a conference call is appropriate at this point as we are still finalizing the operational details of this new process, but, as always, please do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any further questions or concerns. From: Lovejoy, Elaine Sent: Tuesday, August 30, 2016 9:10 AM To: Wells, Kevin Cc: Zukas, Christine Subject: Request for Conference Call Hi Kevin, I?m wondering if it would be possible for the FOAA Program Office Seatholders to have a brief conference call with you and/or Denise today or tomorrow to get some clarity on a few things? My specific questions are: 1. Are we to complete FOAA requests that were in progress when the email came out with the new process? 2. How do we determines what is an actual Ken Albert had us entering any request for information as a FOAA. 3. Will the Program Office Seatholders be copied on 5-day letters, estimate letters, final response letters, etc. or do we just watch for the Footprints ticket updates when the Commissioner Office Seatholder enters info into Footprints? Iwouldn?t be surprised if others have questions, but if you don?t think a call would be helpful could you answer my ques?ons? Ijust want to be able to do the job right Thanks!
