I?v'lyron Dewey posted a video from a drone over the HDD site showing the presence of the drilling equipment. Protesters were likely unaware of the equipment delivery until he produced the video evidence. This will demoralize protesters in the short term but may motivate them to take more actions in order to stop drilling operations. The Standing Rock Tribal Council voted 10-0 to expel the Red Warrior Group from the camps. The actual expulsion of the group cannot yet be con?rmed.
