The protestors disregarded continuous requests from LE to vacate the area, resulting in the persistent use of several non-lethal riot control measures. The use of these measures incensed the crowd, but LE managed to hold the line until the demonstrations died down around midnight. The protestors are claiming over 100 injuries associated with the demonstration and will surely contort video of the event into anti-DAPL propaganda. The HDD crew at Indian Creek in IA finished their pipe pull yesterday. Once workers removed the work site, the DSM River HDD will become the sole capital target for the protestors in IA. The Details A. North Dakota I. Intel Update a. The protesters appear to have a boat they use for security on the water ways. b. Camp 2 appears to have shrunk approximately 20% since last weekend. c. New Mexico Allv'l plans to gather a supply convoy that will depart 23 NOV. This supply run is likely related to Red Warrior activities on Camp 3 and may include drugs and weapons. d. Local residents have started their own social media pages to spread pro- LE sentiment. ii. Past 24 Hours a. TigerSwan A signi?cant protest began at the north bridge on HWY 1306 and continued late into the night. Protestors drug one of the truck hulks away from the bridge with the commonly seen green semi-tractor and then confronted LE at the razor wire. LE responded by spraying water and using other non-lethal riot control measures. The protestors attempted to breach and flank the limit of advance several times. LE man aged to hold the line until the protest died down around midnight. The protestors are claiming over 100 injuries of various degree. Construction was NOT interrupted by protester activities. The protesters left camp in two different vehicle convoys with over 40 vehicles in total and traveled to BismarckfIVIandan. Protesters continue to violate the TFR by flying drones over and Turtle Hill.
