How rr IS HEREIV AEREED as follows:-
The Suppller shall make available to the charterer the Alrcraft as specified in the Schedule below and the
charterer shall take the Alrcrafl on charter from the Suppller upon the terms and oonditio ns set out in the
Schedule below and subiect to the terms and conditions set out in the General conditions attached to and
forming part ofthis Agreement.

permits being in place, weather and applicable airport opening and closing times.

Unless otherwise stipulated, charter Pnce is xcluswe of any security charges levied by airport or
any other security fees or taxes including pamnger taxes or APD, together with any war and allied perils
insurance premium surcharge or any similar or other insurance premium surcharge required from time to time.
Further exclusions are any royalties, non-obiection tees, additional charges incurred when operating outside an
airports hours of operation, surface transport costs, customs tees or levles and crew accommodation and
transportation in the event of trip extension.
