orally, that vadim will endeavour to set up a meeting for you with the investigator. He was unable to
confirm when this will be but has agreed to contact the investigator on Monday 20'" February. He will relay

advance. Basically, Vadim has indicated, as helptully as his position allows, that we need to convince the

information which link sv to people and activities in Russia. What he doesn't know IS how relevant or
important has that been (or could he in the future] to the investigator, Clearly, it will be better it the
investigator has something we need but he doesn't need.
