Case Ref: BSG00112 Operatives: PUDJ/SJ TIME ACTION 08.00. In accordance with the client's instructions, observations commenced at Barrie House residential apartments. 2. 16.45. The Subject was observed inside an apartment at Barrie House when an interior light was switched on. 3. 18.30. The Subject departed the property and boarded a Black Cab, which then drove in an easterly direction. The Subject was wearing a black baseball cap, black jacket and dark jeans. 4. 18.43. The Black Cab stopped directly outside The Zetland Arms, 2 Bute Street, London, SVV7 3EX. The Subject entered the restaurant and was observed in an affectionate embrace with a female, identified as Subject 2. 5. The Subject was observed ordering food, via waitress service. 6. 18.54. Both Subjects were seated at a table in the right corner of the room. The Subject was eating Bubble and Squeak soup and Subject 2 was drinking a Gin and Tonic. 7. 19.11. The Subject was observed at the bar area, ordering a Gin and Tonic beverage. It was noted that the Subject removed an amount of cash from his front trouser pocket. The cash appeared to be fifty pound notes, one of which the Subject used to purchase the beverage. At no • • time was the Subject observed using a wallet. 8. 19.56. The Subject and Subject 2 departed The Zetland Arms and walked in a westerly direction, stopping at the Rocca Restaurant, 73 Old Brompton Road, London, SVV7 3L0. The Subject entered the restaurant, whilst Subject 2 stood outside for a few moments, smoking a cigarette. g. 20.45. Subject 2 walked out to the front of the restaurant and was observed smoking a cigarette. • • 10. 20.47. The Subject was observed using his iPad and appeared to be preoccupied state. 2050. Subject 2 returned inside and proceeded to dine with the Subject. For operational reasons, it was not possible to gather any audio intelligence at this time. 12. 110 21.46. The Subject and Subject 2 walked out to the front of the restaurant and were observed smoking, returning inside the restaurant a few minutes later. • 13. 22.44. The Subject and Subject 2 departed the restaurant and crossed the road, walking in a northerly direction towards Queensbury Place. Subject 2 entered Queensbury Place, which is believed to be her home address. 14. The Subject then walked on a reciprocal route back to Harrington Road, where he boarded a Black Cab • 15. 22.54. The Subject arrived back at Barrie House in the Black Cab and entered the building. 16. 23:59. As there was no further movement by either the Subject. or Subject 2, observations were discontinued. 17. A debrief was held locally and all intelligence was collated. In accordance with the clienl's instructions, observations commenced at Barrie House residenllal apanments. 12:30. The Subject wearing a dark baseball cap, black jacket and dark jeans departed Barrie House and walked in an easterly direction along Bayswater Fload 12:31 The Subject was seen using his mobile phone as he entered Lancaster Gate underground station. Whilst standing at the passenger lift, the Subject was overheard saying I'm just about to get on the lube. I will son it. don't worry about it, alright". 12:46, The Subject departed the underground at Bond Street and turned right. then paced backwards and turwards whilst using his mobile phone. before walking south to Gllberl Street. • 8. The Subject then walked to Oxford Street. where he hailed a Black cab, which drove him in an easterly direction. As the team vehicle was stuck in heavy traffic on Duke Street, observations of the Subject were broken. The decision was made to return to Barrie House and await the return of the Subject. 9. 15:43. The Subject arrived back at Lancaster gate and entered Barrie House alone. • 10. 23:00. As there had been no further sightings of the Subject, or any signs of activity from within the building, observations were discontinued. 11. A de-brief was held locally and all information was collated. A further period of observation was scheduled. 6. The Subject was then observed meeting with an unknown male with grey hair and wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. Both the Subject and the unknown male walked to the Barley Mow pub, 82 Duke Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 6JF. 7. 15:13. The Subject and the unknown male departed the Barley Mow pub, walking on a reciprocal route along Weighouse Street and then to South Molton Passage. From a location outside, the Subject was identified in an apartment at Barrie House. 3. The subject was observed throughout the day wearing a white T-shirt and what appeared to be boxer shorts. 4. The Subject was pacing back and forth within the living room area using a mobile phone or a house phone for a prolonged period of time. s. 17:13. The Subject, wearing a dark baseball cap, black jacket and dark jeans departed Barrie House and hailed a Black cab, which then drove him in an easterly direction. 6. 17:20. The Black cab stopped in Manchester Square, London, W1U, where the subject departed and was met by a white male, (hereafter named'Subject 3). The decision was taken to follow subject 3 back to Manchester Square, where he entered Vehicle 3 and drove away in a northerly direction to Coco Momo, 79 Marylebone High Street. London. W1U 5J2. Vehicle 3 stopped on Bruton Street and Subject 3 walked to the Paypoint parking meter, using his phone to pay for parking. 14. Subject 3 then walked to Jack Barclay Bentley dealers, and entered the building, where he was observed with 3 other unknown males. 15. It was noted that Subject 3 was attending the launch of the latest Bentley model. 16. 20:30. Subject 3 departed Jack Barclay Bentley dealers with the 3 unknown males and after a brief discussion, he returned to Vehicle 3. One of the unknown males departed the area in a Black cab, whilst the 2 other males departed in a silver Audi R8, vehicle registration number R055 NHJ. 17. 20:52. Subject 3 drove vehicle 3 in an easterly direction, stopped on Marylebone Lane and walked to Caffe Caldesi, 118 Marylebone Lane, London, W1U 20F, where the silver Audi R8 is observed, with the two unknown males who had departed the Bentley dealers earlier. 18. The subject had previously returned to Barrie House and lights were now illuminated from within and the Subject was briefly observed within the apartment. 19. 23:00. As there were no further sightings of the subject, or any movement from subject 3, observations were discontinued. 20. A debrief was held locally and all intelligence was collated. The lights were illuminated in the Subject's flat. 3. 19:21. The Subject departed Barrie House wearing a khaki coloured jacket, blue jeans, white training shoes and a black baseball cap. 4. 19:22. The Subject ran to hail a Black cab, vehicle registration number LN10PWJ, which drove away after the subject had boarded. Alk W 5. 19:34. The taller and older of the two unknown males went to the bar and on his return to the table was overheard discussing 'German motor parts'. • 10. During this conversation, the Subject was overheard saying "what is the longevity of it?" 11. 20:37. The other unknown male who, it was noted appeared to have an Irish accent. departed the premises and whilst talking on his mobile phone. walked around the corner and met with a third unknown male of Mediterranean appearance, who was wearing a cream jacket and black jeans. After a brief conversation. the unknown male with the Irish accent rejoined the Subject in the bar area of The Berkeley Hotel. 21:58. The Subject and the two unknown males departed the premises and stood outside the building. smoking cigarettes. The Subject and the two unknown males walked towards the Boujis 42. Thurlow Street. Due to a very large crowd of people in the pedestrian area outside the observations were broken. 01 :00. An immediate search of the area was carried out. As there were no further sightings of the Subject or unknown males, observations were discontinued. In accordance with the client's instructions, observations recommenced at Barrie House residential apartments. 2. 19:31. The subject departed the premises with a blond haired female, believed to be subject 2, wearing dark trousers and a dark blue coat over a multi-coloured blouse with a pink scarf. 3. 19:40. Subject 1 and subject 2 entered the Angelus restaurant, 4 Bathurst Street, Paddington, W2 and were seated at a table. As there were no available tables close to the subjects, the decision was taken to maintain low profile observations. 4. 20:25. Subject 1 and subject 2 departed the Angelus restaurant and walked towards the Royal Lancaster Hotel, W2 s. 20:28. Subject 1 and subject 2 entered the Lancaster Gate Hotel and walked through the reception area to the island restaurant, where they were seated at a table. 4 22012 20332110 6. Subject 1 and subject 2 depart the Island restaurant, walk through the reception area and depart the hotel, via the main door. 8. 23:44. The Subject departed the premises with Subject 2 and walked towards Lancaster Gate underground station 28. 22:40. The Subject selected several consumable items and paid over the counter. It was noted that the Subject removed a large amount of £50 notes from the top pocket of his jacket in order to pay for his goods. • 29. 22:42. ID 1349 SY goes complete into H/A 1551 UKM2 Is sighted foxtrot with SY exiting H/A over to the Columbia Hotel opposite UKM2 is between 40-45, 5"10, medium build, thick short black hair and wearing smart/casual clothes. Comment: SY is carrying a black holdall and UKM is wheeling a large grey bag with yellow trim. Both bags seem semi full. 1553 SY and UKM sighted foxtrot from Columbia hotel and go complete SY H/A. Comment: The same bags are carried out by SY and UKM, they look and are presumed empty. l615 SY and exit foxtrot to Columbia hotel. Comment: SY carrying the back holdall and wheeling the grey bag with yellow trim. SY is carrying many men's shirts and suits in both hands and seems to have a small black bag over his right shoulder. 1623 SY and UKM2 go foxtrot from Columbia hotel to SY H/A and go complete. 1635 UKF is sighted foxtrot and goes complete SY H/A. 1649 SY sighted static through 5th floor apartment lounge window on him mobile phone. 1701 SY,UKM2 and UKF exit H/A and go foxtrot to Columbia Hotel. Comment: SY,UKM2 and UKF sighted foxtrot from SY H/A. All parties are carrying men's suits. 1706 SY, UKM2 and UKF exit Columbia hotel and go foxtrot to SY H/A and go complete. 1728 SY and UKM exit H/A and go foxtrot to Columbia Hotel Comment: SY is carrying men's suits in both hands, UMK2 carrying black holdall in his left hand and carrying men's suits in him right other. 1730 SY and UKM exit Columbia hotel foxtrot to SY H/A and go complete. 2031 SY and UKF exit H/A. Comment: SY goes foxtrot to the Bayswater Road and hale's a taxi. UKF carries x4 large brown boxes out of the WA entrance, along with x4 black bin bags. 2032 SY and UKF load boxes and black bags into the taxi. 2034 SY and UKF go mobile in taxi. Comment: Taxi route through Hyde Park, Exhibition Road, cut through right onto Consort Road onto Queens Gate. 2053 SY and UKF arrive at No. 12 Queensbury Place, South Kensington. Comment: SY and UKF unload taxi and carry boxes and bags into No. 12 Queensbury Place. 2054 Top floor apartment of No 12 Queensbury, lights are switched on. • 2017 SY and UKF exit 12 Queensbury Place, turn out and right foxtrot onto Harrington road then left towards South Kensington Station. 2026 SY and UKF enters restaurant: Pierino Pasta Pizza, 37 Thurloe Place, London SW7 2HP Comment: The couple sit to the front right of the restaurant. 2045 Both operators go complete into the restaurant. • Comment: Covert video footage is recorded. Unfortunately the restaurant is busy and very noisy, so no audio of SY and UKF could be understood or picked up. 2230 SY and UKF exit restaurant and hale a taxi. U_<_Umm ZO. ?zhirm. mo Operation Lancaster Gate Sunday 29/02/12 Operational time 1000hrs — 2300hrs Operator: JH AB MD AS 0930 Operators arrive on plot. 1100 Surveillance Starts: Columbia hotel, Lancaster Gate London W2 1409 SY leaves the Columbia hotel with UKM2(UKM2 was seen on the 26th February 2012, assisting SY carry clothes from H/A across to the Columbia Hotel (please see attached image on email for ID purposes) Comment: SY walks with UKM2 to the Bayswater Road. UKM2 hugs SY and goes foxtrot West onto the Bayswater Road. SY hales a black cab and goes complete east bound. 1412 SY still mobile in black cab commits onto the A40 west bound. )k a SY meets with an UKMB.
