The intent of Camp 7 is to emulate the original “Seven Council Fires Camp” and become a traditional, native-led, camp, which will facilitate non-violent direct action. The leadership of this camp hope to transition this group of displaced persons to Cheyenne River Anti-Keystone camp, once Keystone is approved for construction. Dallas Goldtooth has announced plans to petition the USACE on Thursday, due to news that the decision has already been made regarding the easement, and the drilling could potentially start on Friday 10 FEB 2017. A direct action, targeting the USACE Building in Bismarck, is expected following this petition. Dallas Goldtooth is assessed to continue following this type of action rather than resorting to violent engagement against the HDD. The Details 1. NORTH DAKOTA FUSION CENTER ii. Intel Update Camp 7 is officially established. The location has been provided by and her family, members of Cannon Ball District, in cooperation with representatives and funding by Cheyenne River Sioux reservation. Non-agitator residents of Camp 2 are welcome. It is assessed that this camp will most likely contain a current micro-representation of the current population of Camp 2, and will be under intense scrutiny by BIA. iii. Past 24 Hours a. Protestors began conducting their own snow-mobile patrols in response to LE Viper movements. c. ND Department of Transportation, supported by LE, began initial repairs of North Bridge. d. Chase Iron Eyes spoke to an extremist native organization in Kamloops, British Columbia, extolling the threats Keystone XL and similar projects pose to indigenous people.
