Protesters remaining in Camp 2 intend on resisting Law enforcement, even with the threat of arrest. The individuals participating in the media extravaganza and then returning to Camp 2 signifies the ongoing attempts to increase their propaganda and narrative to solicit more funds from sympathizers and supporters. b. With the clearing of Camp 2 and displacement of protesters, it is assessed the majority will likely depart the area. Those remaining in other camps will likely continue to taunt Law enforcement and attempt to obtain video or photographic footage in attempts to enhance their propaganda. c. Other areas along the DAPL, specifically valve sites, are vulnerable to sabotage. The main contested site at Standing Rock is more of a means to obtain propaganda. The valve site vulnerability is indicated by an identified lock being cut-off at Valve Site 300, which not only indicates trespassing, but also indicates an unidentified entity is conducting reconnaissance or conducted a ‘dry-run’ to determine Law enforcement/DAPL Security response Past 24 Hours a. Reported information revealed a padlock was cut-off of a gate at ND Valve Site 300. b. Approximately 50-100 protesters departed Camp 2 prior to the mandatory eviction at 1400 hrs. in a media extravaganza. The majority of these individuals came from other camps not effected by the eviction. All but woman and children returned to Camp 2 after the charade. c. Protesters burned 15+ structures and piles of rubbish, causing injuries to a small child and teenager when a probable propane tank exploded. d.
