Rob Webber has created a film that is titled “The War of North Dakota” and is suggesting that the “one-sided” ND LE/Government’s military style gear and weapons has caused PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) to the protestors. The claim of PTSD suggests protestors have and/or will file lawsuits against any entities in association with the construction or supporting elements for the DAPL. https://www.facebook.com/rod.webber.50/videos/10158233663555123/ d. If someone’s recklessness or negligence caused PTSD, the focus in the lawsuit will be on expert testimony. To establish PTSD, an attorney may invite an expert witness, likely a psychiatrist, to testify about and convince the court injury, causation, and/or recoverable damages. The challenge in a PTSD lawsuit comes from the "battle of experts." Opposing experts will likely argue that PTSD can only be triggered by some enormous traumatic events related to wars and natural disasters. The jury will have to decide if plaintiff’s PTSD claims are genuine. http://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/how-to-sue-for-post-traumaticstress-disorder.html Past 24 Hours a.
