INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS REPORT IS PROPRIETARY AND SENSITIVE DO NOT RELEASE OUTSIDE OF AUTHORIZED AND APPROVED RECIPIENTS The Highlights Camp (4) is almost completely vacated, BIA is in the camp and flushing out the remaining protestors. No word on the bridge opening up anytime soon. . The Details 1. NORTH DAKOTA FUSION CENTER ii. iii. iv. TigerSwan Intel Update a. Protesters in the Standing Rock, ND area are dwindling in population. Through social media posts, it is evident most have squandered their financial backing and attempting to relocate to other camps throughout the country or return to their respective home of records. The few remaining in ND are focused on spreading propaganda to maintain their established social media followings and attempt to solicit more funds from likeminded individuals. b. Social media indicates there is a large following of protesters from ND planning to relocate in Iowa, with a much smaller number scouting locations for new camps in ND and/or SD. It is unlikely there will be another gathering of protesters as large as Standing Rock at its peak in the country, however violent confrontations with law enforcement could trigger a drastic increase of support given the societal climate towards law enforcement. c. The Morton County Agriculture Department is circulating the following estimate to landowners and residents in vicinity of the Sacred Stone Camps: 544 households were affected by the protest with an estimated $15,000 to $20,000 in individual damages, 23 livestock were killed or missing and 34 were injured.
