They did not, but offered to either take me to the Emergency Room of a local hospital or have their driver take me to Walgreens where I could purchase some. I took them up on the offer and went to Walgreens to buy some Benedryl. After I returned to the hotel, I took the Benedryl and went to sleep. The swelling of my tongue and throat subsided, but my neuropathy continued for the next few days. Informatibn Regarding St Francis, WI Facility and Illness John, You asked me to send you all information that I had regarding Maureen O?Neill and I becoming ill in the ?eld last week and such illness possibly being connected to a source of emissions. I?ve tried to do that in this email and Maureen may follow up with additions and/or corrections. Jeff Cahn may be able to provide additional information about the facility. 011 March 28, 2017, Aaron Price and Maureen O?Neill, ORC Civil Investigators, were working in? the ?eld in the vicinity of Avenue and Norwich Street in St- Francis, WI. On the NE side of this intersection, there is a Greif/Mid?America Drum/Container Life Cycle Management facility and several residences. On the NW side of this intersection are several residences. It is suspected that the facility (3 950 S. Avenue, St. Francis, WI 5323 5) is mixing a variety of chemicals together and burning them, in an attempt?to clean barrels, drums, and totes. The facility has one large emissions stack that was constantly billowing white- in-color smoke (not steam) throughout the day. The wind was swirling this smoke around and pushing it in a general westerly direction. - Aaron and Maureen spent approximately 6-8 hours on the NE and NW sides of Avenue interviewing residents and observing the facility and its employees. Aaron interviewed two residents outside their homes and one business owner inside her business, in full and/or partial view of the smoke. Maureen interviewed at least three people inside their homes, where we believe that remnants of the exhaust had accumulated for years in the carpet and upholstery. Witnesses described particulate settling on their properties, as well as a variety of health complaints, including dizziness, itching, watery eyes, rashes on exposed skin, Case 2:17-mj-0-0887 NJ Filed 05/02/17 Page 1 of 2 DocumerE?
