Our main aims were always to provide as much help, advice, support and counselling to thel bereaved families in Scotland facing the news that their child?s ashes had been mis-handled andl buried or scattered without the consent, permission or knowledge of such ashes being recovered] We have dealt with over 120 families who are in that said position. We offer a open, free andl inviting space with?counsellors who welcome peoples angry and disbelieve at thel fundamental system errors that should never have occurred. We have taken positions within thel new Scottish Governments National Investigation Sub groups, giving the professionals who are inI charge of creating how the burial and cremation bill will be moulded and we express the parents?l wishes within that sector. We have had nothing but positive praise from the parents we have supported, and indeed some of them have wish I believe speaks volumes and supports what our Charity is all about Bereaved parents supporting other bereavedl families. We will shall continue to support the families affected in the up and coming NationalI Investigation, which will undoubtedly be increabable difficult for the families involved. 2.
