On consideration of appellant?s unopposed expedited motion for limited
unsealing to provide notice to potential amici curiae wherein appellant requests
this court approve the attached proposed notice and ?le the notice on the Court?s
public docket, and it appearing that the public electronic docket of this court does
not allow the public access to the image of the actual documents, and on further
consideration ofthe brie?ng order entered on May 12, 2017, it is

ORDERED that appellant?s motion is granted to the extent that this court
approves the pr0posed notice attached to appellant?s motion and permits the parties
to provide said notice to persons or entities that may have an interest in ?ling as
amici curiae. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that the brie?ng order is amended as follows: (1)
potential amici curiae briefs supporting appellant shall be ?led no later than June
30, 2017; (2) the brief of appellee and any potential amici curiae supporting the
position of appellee shall be ?led no later than July 31, 2017; and (3) appellant?s
reply brief, if any, shall be ?led no later than August 14, 2017. Parties shall either
hand-serve or e-serve each other with all pleadings ?led with the court. As this
matter is expedited and is scheduled for the September 2017 calendar, any request
for an extension of time will be looked upon with disfavor and granted only upon a
showing of extraordinary circumstances.
