That Cosmo Dinando. intentionally received and retained movable property of another knowing that it has been stolen} or believing that it has probably been

011 July 8, 2017 Melissa Fretanduno~Meo contacted the Plumstead Twp-Police to report
her 21 yr old son. Her son, Thomas Meo DOB: 0180/ 1-996 WM, 5 
1601133, said her son. is diabetic and insulin dependant. Her son canies his diabetic
supplies where ever he goes and would not intentionally leaVe them leaVe behind.
Thomas operates a 1996 Nissan Maxima with PA Reg/ Themes did not show
up for work on 7/8/2017. As of this date Thomas has not been located.
Fretanduno spoke with Thomas" girl?iend, who for purposes of this attadavit be 
to as GFLE. GFLE said she was communicating- with Thomas via text messaging on July
7, 2017. Her last text communication. with Thomas was on July 7, 2017 at 1853hrs.
GFLE has not been able to get in contact with Thomas Since that time, which is out of the
ordinary and not semen.
Fretsnduno said Thomas works with and. is? good friends with Mark S'turgis DOB
lives in .Pennsburg Pa. Mark Sturgis was last seen on. on July 7, 2017.
At that time Mark told his fa?ier .he' was going to meet with Thomas Meo. Mark also did
not show for work on July 8, 2017. was susbsequen?y reported missing to the
State Police by his pairents on July, 9 2017. As of this date Mark Sturgis has
not been located. - .
On July 9, 2017 at approx 0400h1s, Thomas Meo?s vehicle was located at 2-827 Aquatong
Rd, S'olebury' Bueks County, This property'is owned?by Sandra and
Anthony Dinardo 920 wayland Circle Bensalem, Pa. Themes Meo was not located in or
around the vehicle. Bet/Cpl Koretz'ky did- ob?se?rVe the keys and title to this Vehicle, folded
up and hanging up on the Wall inside of the garage (if-this property. subsequent search
of the vehide .reveakd'Thomas Mao?s diabetic: supplies. 
Your af?ants later reveiwed this title. We noted the. title is in the name of Thomas Meo
and Was not endorsed for transfer. 
On July 9, 2017 at approx 0210hrs, Mark Sturgiis? Nissan was located in the area of
Peddler?s Village-Buckingham Twp, Bucks County Pa. This is less than 2 miles item
2728 Aquamng Rd.- 
On July 9, 2017 at approx. 1630 hours, Bucks- C'ounty Detectives Dav-id Coyne and David
Kemerer ?lterviewed' za- male item- Bjeasalem who shall be referred to as KBM. KBM
is a ?end of Cosmo Dinard?o?. KBM said he: "had. received a call from Dinardo on July 8-,
2017 at approx. l700hr's.-
KBM subsequently met udth Dinatdo at Biistel? Rd a?d? Galloway 'Rd in Ben's-elem Twp.-
Dinardo offered to sell .KBM an older model Nissan Maxima- for $500.00.
On July 9, 2017 at approx, Bueks Colmt'y Detectives Co'yne and Kemm-erer
interviewed the defendant Cosmo Dinatdo. The defendant is the sea of Sandra and

?ddld?dh?

 

Anthony Dinardo who own 2827 Aquatong Rd. Dinardo told the detectives he was
driving a Silver 20156 Ford Pickup Truck (PA REG ZFZ-O742) on Friday evening July 7,
2017.

Your af?ants conducted a sear-ch of data ?om a mobile license plate reader of Solebury
Police unit 65-05. The search revealed PA registration ZFZ-07-42 license plate was
captured 0111111}? 7, 2017 at approximately GPS location. for this capture was at
2541 Street Road; Solebury Township, Bucks County PA. Within a couple of seconds,
the license plate-reader also captured Pa Registration KGB-8879, from Thomas Meo?s

Maxima. 
This location is less than 2 miles from. 2728 Aquatong Rd and less than one mile from

where Mark Sturgis? vehicle was found.
Based upon the above listed information, we believe there-is probable cause to show. that
the defendant did unlawfully take and retain control of Thm?as Meo?s 1996 Nissan

Maxima.
