The City is aggregating balances from various existing districts as they become available to transfer funds to MPEA which we transfer in full to NPI. We don't keep any. Nominally in the IGA we're receiving $55mm from to reimburse hotel project costs but that's just the bookkeeping for requesting the transfers. Ten days after MPEA receives the money we pass it along in full to NPI. We started receiving funds this summer and it could be a year or two before the full $55mm becomes available and gets transferred. It?s a one-time arrangement that we are just a middleman in. We don't actually get any funding. Can you elaborate on this What TIF is this? When did it start? Is there an end-date? How much does this provide MPEA in annual incentive? Go Broncos. mark "That man is playing Galaga.
