accuses the defendant ofthe crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST
DEGREE (Sec. 175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
and between the 18th day of August,- 2013 and the 30th day of August, 2013, with intent to
defraud and commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false

entry to be made in the business records of the New York State Board of Elections.

SECOND COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows: i

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
and between the 27th day of April, 2013 and the 30th day of August, 2013, with intent to defraud

and commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false entry to

 

 

 

be made in the business records of the New York State Board of Elections.

THIRD COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
- and between the 27th day of April, 2013 and the 16th day of July, 2013, with intent to defraud and
commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false entry to be

made in the business records of the New York State Board of Elections.

FOURTH COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AF ORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows: I

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
and between the 27th day of April, 2013 and the 16th day of July, 2013, with intent to defraud and
commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false entry to be
made in the business records of the New'York State Board of Elections.

FIFTH COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the

defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.

175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows:

 

 

 

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
and between the 6th day of June, 2013 and the 16th day of July, 2013, with intent to defraud and
commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false entry to be

made in the business records of the New York State Board of Elections.

SIXTH COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of ALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
and between the 28th day of August, 2013 and the 17th day of September, 2013, with intent to
defraud and commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false

entry to be made in the business records of the New York State Board of Elections.

SEVENTH COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
175.10 Penal Law), committed asfollows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
and between the 28th day of August, 2013 and the 17?" day of September, 2013, with intent to
defraud and commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false

EIGHTH COUNT:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of FALSIFYIN BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows:

AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of ALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
175.10 Penal Law), committed as follows:

The defendant, in the County of Rockland, in the State of New York, on or about
and between the 11th day of April, 2013 and the 16"1 day of July, 2013, with intent to defraud and
commit another crime and to aid and conceal the commission thereof, caused a false entry to be

made in the business records of the New York State Board of Elections.

TENTH COUNT:
AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the
defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Sec.
