COUNT ONE
PERMITTING DRUG ABUSE

The Grand Jurors, aforesaid, upon their oaths, aforesaid, do
further find and present that on or about the time period of May
6, 2017 through May 19, 2017, in the State of Ohio, County of
Warren, the defendant, Amy Panzeca, being the owner, lessee, or
occupant, or who has custody, control, or supervision of
premises, or real estate, including vacant land, did knowingly
permit the premises, or real estate, including vacant land, to_
be used for the cwmmission of 21 felony drug abuse offense by
another person, said offense a Felony of the 5th degree and the
felony drug abuse offense in question is a violation of section
2925.02 or 2925.03 of the Revised Code, contrary to and in
violation. of Section l2925.l3(B) of the Ohio Revised. Code and
against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

COUNT TWO
PERMITTING DRUG ABUSE

The Grand Jurors, aforesaid, upon their oaths, aforesaid, do
further find and present that (H1 or about the time period Of
January 29, 2017 through May 19, 2017, in the State of cmio,
County of Warren, the defendant, Amy Panzeca, being the owner,
lessee, or occupant, or who has custody, control, or supervision
of premises, or real estate, including 'vacant land, did
knowingly permit the premises, or real estate, including vacant
land, to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse

offense by another person, said offense a Felony of the 5th
degree and the felony drug abuse offense in question is a
violation of section 2925.02 or 2925.03 of the Revised Code of
the Ohio Revised Code and against the peace and dignity of the
State of Ohio.

COUNT THREE
ENDANGERING CHILDREN

The Grand. Jurors, aforesaid, upon their oaths, aforesaid, do
further find and present that (H1 or about the time period of
April 1, 2017 through May 19, 2017, in the State of Ohio, County
of Warren, the defendant, Amy Panzeca, who is the parent,
guardian, custodian, person.having custody or control, or person
in loco parentis of a child under eighteen_(18) years of age,
did recklessly create a substantial risk of health or safety of
the child, by violating a duty of care, protection, or support,
said offense a Misdemeanor of the degree contrary to and in.
violation of Section of the Ohio Revised. Code and
against the peace and dignity Of the State of Ohio.

COUNT FOUR 
CONTRIBUTING TO UNRULINESS
OR DELINQUENCY OF A CHILD

The Grand, Jurors, aforesaid, upon their oaths, aforesaid, do
further find and pmesent that (H1 or about the time period of
April 1, 2017 through May 19, 2017, in the State of Ohio, County
of Warren, the defendant, Amy Panzeca, did, act in a way tending
to cause a child or a ward of the juvenile court to become an
unruly child or a delinquent child, as defined in Section
2151.022 of the Revised Code, or Section 2152.02 of the Revised
Code, said offense is a Misdemeanor of the degree, contrary
to and in violation of Section of the Ohio Revised
Code and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.
