ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
Plaintiff National Collegiate Student Loan Trust 2006-2 has brought this action to
enforce a student-loan obligation against Defendants Mans] U. Parikh the student and
Udayan C. Parikh a oosigner on the note. Defendants move to dismiss the complaint
alleging that Plaintiff lacks standing because it' Is not a valid assigneeof the promissory
note. in response, Plaintiff ?led documents with the Court that it believes prove that it is
. the current notehoider. The Court issued an interim order on June 8, 2016 allowing
Plaintiff 10 days tosupplernent the record. The Court has not received any additional
infomation and therefore issues its ?nal order. As noted, the issue is whether
Defendants? student loan was among the loans identi?ed in Schedule 2 and thereby
conveyed under the Pool Supplement. The Court ?nds that there is insuf?cient evidence

to support that claim. For that reason, Defendant?s motion to dismiss is GRANTED.
