Dear Alan,

First and foremost, I want to thank you for all of your incredible efforts in arranging a meeting
with Premier Wall and Administrator Pruitt. It is greatly appreciate.

Unfortunately, there is now some real urgency getting a meeting scheduled by Wednesday if all
possible. Premier Wall contacted me over the weekend. He has been Premier of Saskatchewan
for over ten years and he said last week was his toughest week politically since he has been in
of?ce due to a very difficult provincial budget. As a result ofthe political criticism his
government is now facing, he said that unless we could schedule a meeting with a high level

of?cial like Administrator Pruitt he could notjustify his trip to DC at this time. He would like
to know if at all possible by Wednesday if he has a meeting.

1 know I am asking for a lot but is there any way we could get a certain time for the meeting
with Administrator Pruitt scheduled between now and the end of the day on Wednesday.

Again, thank you very much for all of your help with this. And congratulations to the
Gamecocks. A great win over Florida and a huge boost to your school and our state.
