(AWA), as described below.

Date of Violation: April 11 and 12, 2012

9 C.F.R. Requirements and application. Any person operating
or intending to operate as a dealer. exhibitor, or operator of an auction sale.
except persons who are exempted from the licensing requirements under
paragraph of this section. must have a valid license.

You operated as an exhibitor without a valid license. You produced
an episode of ?Call of the Wildman? titled ?Baby Mama Drama? that
featiu'ed an adult raccoon and three raccoon kits which were ?lmed
for exhibition purposes.

Date of Violation: On or about May 26, 2012

or intending to operate as a dealer, exhibitor, or operator of an auction sale,
except persons who are exempted from the licensing requirements imder
paragraph of this section. must have a valid license.

You operated as an exhibitor without a valid license. You produced
an episode of all of the Wildman? titled ?Sawmill Slasher? that
featlu?ed two North American porcupines which were ?lmed for
exhibition pmposes.
