Information Being Released The SIA was launched at a function on 3 July at the SlA?s offices. A celebratory chocolate cake was purchased for the functiong??s message written in code (describing the new agency) embedded in the icing. The cake was ordered from the Royal demy on 26 June 2017 for delivery before 12 noon on 3 July 2017, at a cost of $3m-Qv00. A simple square design with white icing was selected and the SIA provided an it? Of the code to be iced onto the cake. The SIA is unable to provide the exact mgre-?r?ys or recipe of the cake as this would prejudice the commercial position of the supp The $360.00 was part of an overall spend of $1 ,108.00 for the function at which the cakE> presented. The anecdotal feedback that the SIA received in regards to the cake was that ?it was delicious?, and as there was some leftover slices the SIA distributed these to other tenants in our building. Some comments came to the attention of the SIA that the coding iced onto the cake was not useable code, however, while the SIA has a robust review and analysis process to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data and coding, the same stringent review is not applied to cakes. The SIA was also made aware that there were some conversations on Twitter as to whether the code on the cake was or binary. The SIA did not feel it was critical to contribute to these conversations.
